I Guide & Am Guided
I have been developing and practicing skills in anti-racism, facilitation, and systems change for the past decade. I have received the bulk of my racial justice training and practice through Interaction Institute for Social Change, VISIONS, Inc, and a four-year apprenticeship with Jen Willsea. My work is only possible through the wisdom shared by Black, Indigenous, People of Color and white anti-racist leaders and ancestors.
I have coached individuals and supported groups through the processes of disrupting internalized white superiority; furthering organizational justice, equity, diversity, & inclusion goals; and developing anti-racist culture. I have worked with regional, national, and international non-profit leaders, national networks, and philanthropic institutions.
I Am a Facilitator
I realized I was a facilitator and began my personal journey of racial justice & healing in 2012 in Washington, DC. I organized and facilitated a participant-driven consciousness raising group with and for women navigating homelessness and addiction. In this space we shared stories and drew connections between the personal and the political. I have been facilitating, and collaborating with others to raise our consciousness and co-create change, ever since.

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, with ancestral roots from North Carolina to Alabama to Mississippi, I now live on the unceded land of the Mvskoke, Cherokee, and the Old Ones who came before, in a part of Alabama delightfully known as the toenails of the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. I live in a solar-powered log cabin, on top of a tiny mountain, nestled in a bend of the Locust Fork River, on 120 acres of collectively owned land. This land is my wisest teacher - the river, trees, plants, animals, weather and seasons share their wisdom with me every day. I am learning to listen.
From Human Doing to Human Being

I do my best to live in rhythm with the life force that lives within and flows through me. I am on a lifelong journey of remembering my belonging and relearning how to live from authentic wholeness. I believe that the life force that flows through me is interconnected with all beings and I pray for the end of suffering and the liberation of all being as quickly as possible.
