Facilitation

I support social justice organizations and networks to develop and refine: Internal Processes for Effective, Human-Centered Collaboration External Processes for Meaningfully Engaging Partners & Participants Anti-Racist Culture that is Sane, Loving, & Relational Learning Experiences that Emphasize the Inner, Interpersonal, & Cultural Work of Furthering Justice, Equity, and Liberation I love working with organizations that are hungry for our collective liberation; highly collaborative and creative teams; and organizations & networks that gather people for a shared purpose. I especially love working with folks in the South! If your team is majority or all white, I’d love to connect. If your team is majority BIPOC, I might partner with one of my BIPOC colleagues to work with you, or refer you to another facilitator.

Coaching

I offer one-on-one support to white people engaged in social & environmental change in the form of liberatory coaching. Liberatory coaching emphasizes personal healing and evolution in relationship with collective liberation - naming, facing, and uprooting oppression for the benefit of our Selves, each other, and the Earth. Our work together will weave together goal-setting; personal reflection; engaging the wisdom of our bodies, ancestors, & teachers; and learning how to love our Selves. I also partner with LaShauna Austria of Seeds of Change Consulting to offer Liberatory Leadership Coaching (LLC). LLC supports cross-racial leadership teams with the inner work of transformation, in service of the relational work of co-creating, collaborating, and co-leading.
